Miles Hartwell, Owner
Miles founded the Santa Clarita location in 2006 and hasn’t left a single year since. He’s the one who’ll tell you straight that your hillside lot in Saugus will need deeper footings than the flat parcel across town in Valencia, and he’ll show you the cost difference before you ask. Miles came up through rough framing and foundation work, so he reads plans the way a mechanic reads a transmission. He’s the final word on every written price that leaves this office, and he still walks completed projects himself before signing off on the 365-Day Done Right Promise. His name is on the business because he decided it would be.
Danny R., Lead ADU Installer
Danny R. joined us nine years ago after running crew lead roles on mid-rise framing jobs across Los Angeles County. He moved to Santa Clarita because he wanted to build projects he could actually drive past at the end of the day. Danny runs point on most of our prefab and panelized installs, including Abodu, Cover, and Dvele units, which means he’s the first to spot when a crane schedule doesn’t line up with a stucco crew’s availability. He holds a valid California general contractor’s license for our trade and keeps his OSHA-30 current every year. Off the job, Danny is the guy cooking for fifteen people at his own Santa Clarita backyard parties, and he brings that same over-preparedness to every foundation day.
Ana M., Service Coordinator
Ana M. has been with us for five years, and she’s the person you’ll talk to most often once your ADU project gets moving. She handles schedules, permit submittals with the City of Santa Clarita, and keeps the written price and change order paperwork straight on every job. Eric T., Senior Installer and Finishes Specialist
Eric T. is the detail guy. Before Sutton, Eric spent years doing cabinetry and millwork installs for custom kitchens in the San Fernando Valley. He’s the one who notices when a prefab module lands a quarter inch out of level and knows the fix before the crane pulls away. Eric also leads our James Hardie cladding jobs, so if your ADU calls for fiber cement siding, he’s your guy. He shows up early, drinks one black coffee, and doesn’t believe in leaving a single nail hole unfilled.
Luis G., Apprentice Installer
Luis G. joined us two years ago as an apprentice and has grown into a dependable hand on every type of project, from Tuff Shed conversions to full detached ADU builds. He’s currently enrolled in a state-approved apprenticeship program and clocks classroom hours in the evenings after the job site wraps. Luis grew up in Canyon Country and has family that still lives there, so he cares about the way our work looks from the street, not just in plan review. He runs materials, checks flashings, and keeps the job site organized enough that we never have to apologize to a neighbor. Every crew needs one person who treats the little stuff like big stuff. That’s Luis.
